A Roman martyr, tied to a tree and shot through with arrows so the story goes and as often classically depicted. This sculpture re-imagines it as a lead reliquary, often used by the Romans, suspended by ropes and pierced with steel arrow shafts.
Gabriel - Saint or Angel

1.8 x 0.8 x 0.7 mtrs Found objects and lead sculpted mask.
The Archangel Gabriel. Gods messenger and guardian. Recognized in all western religions and Islam. Mythologically he/she carried a horn, although the Bible doesn't specifically say this. This interpretation, mounted on a tripod, is made from found objects.
